Beer Bread

Featuring: Clementine Witbier



1 12 oz bottle or can of Clementine
1.5 cups wheat flour
1.5 cups white flour
3 tablespoons turbinado sugar
Greased 9×5 loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and flour. Add Clementine. Mix with spoon, then with hands. Batter will be sticky. Put into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 for 60 minutes. The top will be crunchy, and the insides will be soft. Serve with butter or beer cheese dip!
