Shrimp Boil

Featuring: Space Cake



3 (12-ounce) bottles Space Cake
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Shrimp Boil Seasoning or Creole seasoning mix
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 lemon, juiced, halves reserved
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp intact

In a large pot, boil the beer, water, shrimp boil seasoning, salt, peppercorns and the juiced lemon halves over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Toss in shrimp and cover let stand for 5 minutes.
Melt butter and lemon juice in small pan.
Remove shrimp from boil.
Stir in 3 oz of Space Cake broth into lemon butter melt, serve as dipping sauce for shrimp.

Sponge up leftover dipping sauce with Beer Bread!
